Your tools, your working data

ToolPick processes tool inputs in your browser. Draft text, dates, rosters and file contents are not uploaded by these tools or included in their optional page and action measurement.

What stays on this device

Writing, the date planner, the two-perspective worksheet and the curling organizer save only when you choose their save action. Each has its own saved copy. Your workspace stores tool links separately. These are browser saves, not an account or cloud backup.

Clearing site data, using private browsing or changing devices can remove or hide these saves. Use a download to keep an independent copy. Unsaved edits may be lost when you reload or leave the page.

Move a plan, brief or roster from an older site

1. Open the original tool on the device and browser where you saved it. Use its Load action if you want to move the saved copy.
2. If the original tool offers a ToolPick transfer download, download that file and keep it private. If that option is unavailable, copy the fields into the matching ToolPick tool.
3. For a transfer file, open the matching tool in ToolPick and choose its import control. Check the fields before saving or exporting.

Browsers keep each site's storage separate. ToolPick cannot automatically read a draft saved on DaysLeft, UR WRONG or KOTT. Moving a file does not delete the original. Shared tool links contain no draft, roster or plan.

Files and microphone

The CSV inspector reads selected file contents locally. The microphone tool requests access only after Start and keeps its short recording in page memory. Details for CSV, writing and microphone tools.

Measurement and help

Optional analytics follow the site's consent settings. Page paths and limited action labels may be measured; working input is excluded. Read the site privacy policy for settings and service-provider details.
